Evelin Gaines

Evelin is a Los Angeles native and thrives in the fast-paced nature of today’s real estate environment. After relocating to the South’s East Coast, Evelin quickly moved up the retail chain-of-command and before long, was running her own franchised locations. Drive and determination then led Evelin on to her next adventure when she decided to pursue becoming a licensed Realtor. Adhering to the firm belief that customer service, efficiency, and teamwork are the key components to providing our clients with first-class service and a stress-free real estate experience, Evelin quickly became an integral part of the Heather Murphy team. Adding further value, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, making her truly invaluable to our clients and agents alike.

Evelin and her husband are proud parents to a son and daughter, who are just as driven as their parents. She greatly appreciates the beauty of our coastal landscaping and enjoys hiking, meditating and crafting.
