Melissa Kobi

Originally from Rochester, New York, Melissa moved to Savannah at a young age. After graduating from Windsor Forest High School, she focused on expanding her knowledge of finance while working for a prominent firm within the industry. In 2009, Melissa decided to transition into the fast-paced world of real estate, where her high level of professionalism and knack for providing superior customer service were a perfect fit.

Having gained a genuine appreciation for our remarkable coastal community while working for a local property management company, her move to Keller Williams Realty – Coastal Area Partners afforded her the opportunity to turn the dream of home ownership into a reality for countless families across the Greater Savannah Area. In 2017, Melissa achieved the goal of obtaining her Brokers License for the State of Georgia, and she joined the Heather Murphy Real Estate Group shortly after.

Melissa currently resides in Richmond Hill with her husband and daughter. They are an active family and enjoy all things related to the great outdoors: sitting poolside with a good book, gardening in the spring, and walks through downtown Savannah soaking in the sites or grabbing a bite to eat at one of the city’s newest restaurants, are among their favorite past times.
