Nancy grew up in Florida and after college fulfilled her wanderlust as an airline employee. Following a successful career based on excellent customer service, she decided real estate was her true passion. She joined Keller Williams Realty in Gainesville, Georgia after graduation at the top of her real estate class.
In 2008 Nancy and her husband, Joe, were able to make their dream of moving to Tybee Island a reality. She joined Keller Williams Realty Coastal Area Partners in Savannah and in 2011 became a Buyer Specialist for The Heather Murphy Real Estate Group.
Nancy is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society. Her knowledge of the coastal area and her strong negotiation skills make her an exceptional Buyer’s Agent.

Penny is a Savannah native with a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida. She worked for 14 years in both the stock and bond market and has a deep understanding of financial matters, mortgages and particularly the secondary market where home loans are sold. Committed to integrity and fiscal responsibility, she raised over $1 billion in assests for one firm and quadrupled the assets of another in 3 years.
After many years spent living outside of Savannah, Penny moved back to town in 2011 and went to work finding the perfect homes for her buyers with Keller Williams Realty. She joined the Heather Murphy Real Estate Group in 2013 as a Buyer Specialist and works towards helping her clients find a home that is right for their budget.
Penny has received the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors.
Her experience in both the stock/bond trade and real estate gives her clients the advantage of knowing that they are not only gaining a home but a solid investment.
Returning to Savannah, Penny enjoys exploring the historical aspects of Savannah with her husband, as well as horseback riding, tennis, travel and Crossfit.
Brandy Jenkins is a native of Savannah, Georgia and feels honored to have the privilege of living and learning the surrounding counties and what the area has to offer! At a young age, Brandy’s father, owner of a widely-known roofing company, exposed her to the true joy of helping others achieve and maintain the dream of home ownership. Today she thrives in the opportunity to make those dreams a reality.
Currently Brandy serves as a board member of the Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council. This prestigious position allows her the opportunity to work with the builders in our area while also maintaining an up-to-date account of new construction inventory as well as knowledge on important details relating to new construction and resale homes alike.
As a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the Distinguished Sales Society, Brandy enjoys taking a step further to assist her clients with top notch service and a well-rounded experience. This drive to exceed expectations encouraged Brandy to earn the Military Relocation Professional designation. Relocating can be a difficult and trying time however she enjoys the pleasure of helping our Armed Forces find their perfect home.
Brandy currently resides in Effingham County with her husband and three children. Some of her hobbies include boating with her family in Richmond Hill and shopping in Pooler.
As a Georgia native, Amy began her life intertwined in the exciting real estate community. The thrill of real estate began with Amy’s father as he was a well-known real estate developer while her mother continues her legacy as a thriving Realtor over 30+ years later. Amy expanded her educational horizon and studied accounting at the prestigious Georgia Southern University. Amy’s true passion flourished as she pursued her Residential Real Estate Appraisal License as well as her Real Estate License. Her drive and dedication to help others as well as treating clients as family are her guiding principles and way of life.
Amy enjoys her free time with her husband and 3 children in beautiful Effingham County. If Amy is not at a sporting event or cheer competition, you may find her cheering at the UGA Bulldogs stadium as this is where her oldest son currently attends school.

Mary is a Savannah native and has been active in Real Estate since 1980. Although Mary is known as a master of all by her fellow agents, she prides herself in specializing in new community developments, new homes, first time home buyers, condo/townhomes, and gated communities.
Her 9+ years of experience as the Relocation Director for one of Savannah’s leading real estate companies has made Mary an expert in relocation and the needs of her clients. “I love what I do!” attitude can be felt by all that surround Mary on a daily basis.
Mary’s marketing and managing experience of as many as 40+ corporate homes a year has offered her the opportunity of receiving extensive training in negotiation practices as well as working with countless Fortune 500 company executives. Mary was the driving force for over 9+ years as the Managing Broker of Fine Properties. Torrie Cesaroni knew she was destined to be a part of real estate from a young age. Torrie began working at a real estate law firm in Florida her junior year of high school and continued through a large portion of college. After seeing the law side of real estate for over 5 years, she realized that the business administration side appealed to her sense of organization and keen time management skills.
She received her Associates in Accounting from Gulf Coast Community College and continued to receive her Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Finance from Florida State University.
Relocating to the Savannah, Georgia area, she quickly fell in love with the southern charm and personality of Savannah. The beautiful landscape and historical features around each corner cemented her love for real estate and the opportunity to become even more involved with the market presented its’ self when she was offered the position on Heather Murphy’s Real Estate Group. Whysper was born and raised in Baxley, Georgia where she cultivated a love for people and helping others through her involvement in the community. Whysper continued growing her passion of helping people as she attended and graduated from Valdosta State University in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
In 2013, Whysper and her husband, Kelon, relocated to the Savannah, Georgia area where Kelon accepted a job at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation.
Whysper enjoys traveling, crafting, and spoiling her two dogs, Ace and Murphy.

In 2012, Gracie married her husband Kedrick and relocated to Savannah, Georgia where Kedrick took a position working for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation as an airworthiness inspector. Gracie and Kedrick are proud parents to Arianna and their fur babies, Catherine and Sophie.
Gracie enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and exploring other cultures.

Lauren Butler was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with her Bachelor’s degree in Furnishings and Interiors. She then found herself in Atlanta, GA where she grew her knowledge of Art and Customer Service at Oliver Walker & Company located within the beautiful Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) as a company sales representative.
Although Lauren enjoyed interior design, she gravitated toward the real estate industry. Throughout her life, Lauren was exposed to real estate through her family. Lauren worked at Coldwell Banker in Atlanta until she relocated to Savannah, GA in 2004. Her passion and love for children lead Lauren to receive her teaching certificate from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah where she then began molding the young minds of Savannah Chatham County Schools. Lauren was happily married in 2008 and now is the proud mother of two wonderful little boys.
Returning to her passion in real estate, Lauren has become an asset to the Heather Murphy Group as she works hard with her team to ensure that clients have their requests fulfilled and they have a wonderful buying and selling experience. Emma was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina where she met her high school sweetheart and now husband Soren Kornegay. Soren and Emma are proud new parents of Malcolm Dean Kornegay.
She graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Birth to Kindergarten Child Development and a minor in Psychology. After years of work in the Child Development field, she and her husband embarked on a new adventure here in Savannah, Georgia where he is now the Campus Minister for Reformed University Fellowship at SCAD.
Emma enjoys taking her dog Sebastien to Forsyth Park with her husband and crafting home décor. Her love for customer service and people along with her mastered skills of time management and organizing makes Emma a perfect match for the Heather Murphy Real Estate Group.
Lauren is a Savannah native who has always had an interest in real estate. During Lauren’s early years, she spent many weekends with her mother touring beautiful properties around the Savannah, GA area gathering a plethora of knowledge from key sources within the Real Estate community. This exciting and ever-changing world prompted Lauren to obtain her license in 2004 where she quickly grew in her profession while attending Savannah Technical College to further her education in business. In 2008 Lauren’s experience and education made her the perfect candidate for a position within a prestigious downtown law firm. For the next 9 years, she gained ample corporate experience and a drive to provide exceptional client service.
Lauren currently resides in Pooler with her husband of 15 years, Robert, where he currently holds a management position at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. They enjoy spending time with family, friends and their two dogs, Kayla and Tristan.

Mel Allen was born and raised in west central Wisconsin. No longer able to take the harsh winters of the north, she found her way to the sun and ocean air of Savannah, Georgia in 2002. Mel married her husband, Brian, in beautiful Negril, Jamaica in 2009. An exciting job opportunity for Brian provided the perfect adventure in 2010 where Brian and Mel relocated to dazzling Dallas, Texas. The adventure continued as they welcomed their first son Beckett in 2012. Following their return to the low country area in 2014, the “Allen, Party of Three” became “Four” with the birth of their second son, Barrett, in 2017. Although she lives in the south, Mel carries on her Wisconsin tradition while cheering on “her” Green Bay Packers. Mel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the globe, and designing custom jewelry.
Mel’s passion for real estate was instilled at a very young age. Her mother has been a licensed broker in Wisconsin for over 40 years and continues to thrive as a strong pillar in her Real Estate community. The legacy continues as Mel has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years, operating in both luxury residential and landlord representation of commercial office space.
